Can you believe swim team is already coming to the end of our season?? It has been so much fun and we are excited to finish strong. I will unfortunately be out of town again this upcoming week so please make sure you communicate with Coach Molly any questions or concerns! Please read this email for details about what is remaining!

• Saturday 7/15 our warmup is from 7:25-7:50 and the meet will start at 8:00am. Swimmers need to be inside the pool area at 7:10 AM! The pool address is 1831 Valley Forge Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80526.
• Monday 7/17 regular practice! Keep those city meet entries and payments coming in! Parents please sign up for a Job for the City Meet!
• Tuesday 7/18 regular practice! CITY ENTRIES AND PAYMENTS DUE AT 10 AM! NO LATE ENTRIES ALLOWED AT ALL. Parents please sign up for a Job for the City Meet!
• Wednesday 7/19 regular practice! Parents please sign up for a Job for the City Meet!
• Thursday 7/20 regular practice! Last practice of the season! Those who signed up to help with meet set-up will meet at the pool at 7:45 PM!
• Friday 7/21 City Meet! Swimmers will need to arrive at 6:50 AM for warmup! There is a mandatory team meeting for swimmers at 7:40 AM under the Parkwood Tent! Volunteers will meet at 7:40 AM in the clubhouse upstairs. The meet will start at 8 AM.
• Monday-Friday 7/24-7/28 State Qualifier practices from 8:30-9:30 AM. This is ONLY for those who have qualified for state and will be attending! Please look for an email from me later today if your child has qualified for state with more details.
• 7/28-7/30 State Meet!
• End of the Season celebration details coming soon! Plan to join one evening at the pool for some food and awards!

City Meet Reminders:

• As a host pool we have way less volunteer duties-but we still need help! Please sign up for a job on Swimtopia for the City Meet especially if you have not volunteered yet. We will teach you everything you need to know!
• $12 per athlete fee (cash, check, or venmo) to Parkwood Swim Team!
• Athletes can swim up to 4 individual events and the price doesn't change.
• Fee and entries are due by 7/18 at 10 AM with no late entries allowed.
• The meet will be at Parkwood on 7/21 at 8 AM! We will be hosting Genesis Miramont and Huntington Hills.
• Athletes will receive ribbons (1st -6th) for the meet hosted here at Parkwood as well as medals for 1st-3rd once all meets across the league are merged together.
