Last call for City Meet entries! I am locking them at 10 AM this morning and we will be unable to make changes after that. I will have my phone on me until then so if you need help getting signed up before 10 AM today please let me know. 

Attached are the individual entries we already have. If you thought your child was entered and are not seeing their name please let me know ASAP. Please note there are TWO SHEETS OF ENTRIES (one is for Day 1, one is for Day 2).

Reminder that payment needs to be turned in today please. You can pay with cash, check (written out to Parkwood Swim Team), or Venmo (attached). You can bring payment to the pool and give to the lifeguards (just let them know it is for swim team).

The fees are:

1 event= $8

2 events= $12

3 events= $16

4 events= $20

Any relays that are added will be covered by the team. Thank you for helping us to get these done before the deadline!
