Attached is the heat sheet for the meet tomorrow! You will see this one looks different as most of the events are made up and for fun! I tried my best to get everyone in at least 2 events so please check the heat sheet closely to make sure you have ALL the events your kiddo is in (some kiddos are swimming up an age group for a race or two!)

If there need to be any changes (kiddo is sick, unable to attend) please let me know as soon as possible. Unfortunately I am not able to add any new swimmers in the meet but can move around the kiddos we do have attending.

It would be super helpful if your child could arrive with their event #'s already written on their hand (event numbers are on the FAR left column)! We will go over the events with swimmers prior so they understand what the event is. The point of tomorrow's meet is to have fun!!!

The address for tomorrow is 5812 Fossil Creek Parkway, Fort Collins, CO 80525. Swimmers need to arrive by 4:20 PM for our 4:40 warmup. Meet starts at 5! Please be on time otherwise we begin to shuffle around relays and your child may loose their spot in an event! It is my understanding that swimmers and parents will be outside the pool gates unless they are competing (this is a big meet)! Look for our team tent with the banner hanging up! There will be concessions with pizza and other treats available. The meet will be done by 8 so depending on timing that last relay may not happen- fingers crossed we make it through everything. 

Reminder that we are not practicing Wednesday morning 6/14 due to our evening meet. Signups for Saturday are still open- please sign up ASAP as we cannot accept late entries. Feel free to email me if you need help getting signed up for Saturday morning's meet at Willow Springs. Thank you!
